The Australian Academy of Martial Arts has been involved with many schools for self defence workshops from weekly classes, to 3 consecutive day intensive workshops; Moreton Bay College held their elective sport activities for their Year 11 students again this year and the Australian Academy of Martial Arts was asked to hold the popular self defence courses again. The workshop's content covered many hyperthetical situations planned for this course as well as spontaneous, hyper, students questioned. This largely physical workshop however involved times of group discussions. Students were self motivated to take charge and ensure their own safety with confidence. Read more... |
