Benefits of regular training

Karate is an excellent form of self-defence. It also offers massive physical benefits associated with improved cardio, flexibility and athleticism. To maintain its self-defence and physical effectiveness however, it requires consistent performance and repetitive practice. Skills and knowledge grow with practice but those skills must be constantly refreshed and honed to remain available for use.

The student who trains more learns more and is more easily trained, which offers quicker and greater reward to both student and instructor.

For our adult classes, there are six (6) training sessions throughout the week to select from, with morning, evening and weekend classes.

For our children’s classes (Little Leopards and Dragons), there are five (5) classes available each week.
